I’m a fully qualified teacher with over 16 years of experience working across both primary and secondary education, including mainstream and specialist settings. I hold an Honours Degree in Inclusive Education, a Bachelor’s Degree in English Literature and Psychology, and a PGCE with academic distinction. My background includes classroom teaching, subject leadership, and specialist roles supporting students with complex educational needs.

As a tutor, I create bespoke lessons tailored to each student’s unique strengths, needs, and learning goals. Whether I’m preparing a child for SATs, supporting core skills in English and Maths, or boosting confidence after a disrupted learning experience, my focus is always the same: to meet learners where they are and help them grow.

I specialise in:

• SATs preparation for all ability levels

• English and Maths tutoring (Years 1–7)

• Support for students with Special Educational Needs, including those in alternative provision or with EHCPs

My sessions are interactive, engaging, and confidence-building, designed to spark curiosity and a genuine love for learning. I’ve worked with a wide range of learners—from those in mainstream schools to pupils in Pupil Referral Units and specialist schools for the Deaf—and I understand how to adapt my teaching to suit individual needs.
