Hi! I’m Aishvini! I am a second year student at Queen Mary University of London, studying Mathematics with Finance and Accounting. I am a calm and considerate tutor, who wants all of my students to reach their full potential and thrive in the future. In fact, I have been tutoring from a very young age, since I was 13 years old, and some of my students have achieved the very best of results in public exams such as GCSEs. Moreover, I was also an academic mentor in sixth form, tutoring students in preparation for their GCSE Chemistry Exam, whereby, my students went from despising chemistry to solving questions at ease. My main motto when it comes to revision is to ‘work smart and not hard’ so that you don’t suffer from academic burnout and can spend more time doing the things you want to do whilst acing all your exams! My lessons will also follow this pattern with key emphasis on exam questions and mark scheme terminology, which will allow you to gain more marks rather than just blindly learning the content. I have dealt with many various exam boards such as OCR MEI, Edexcel and AQA-developing a sound knowledge of the AQA Curriculum for english and science.
